Hi, I’m Danielle.
Therapist. Former teacher. Mom. Lifelong learner.
I believe people do their best growing, healing, and figuring-things-out when they feel genuinely understood.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, curious, and real. I’m not here to tell you who you should be or how you should feel. I want to understand what it’s like to be you.
From education to therapy
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an educator.
That experience continues to shape how I work, particularly with children, youth, families, and neurodivergent clients.
I learned that behaviour rarely tells the whole story.
When we slow down, get curious, and understand what is happening underneath, things often begin to make much more sense.
Today, I bring that same curiosity into the therapy room.

Therapy should feel like something we do together.
There isn't one “right” way to participate in therapy.
We might talk. We might use metaphors, visuals, humour, activities, or practical strategies. Sometimes we might spend time understanding why something keeps happening before deciding whether it needs to change.
A little more about me
Being a therapist is part of who I am, but certainly not all of me.
I’m also a mom, former teacher, lifelong learner, community volunteer, traveller, and happiest-near-the-water kind of person. I love swimming, beaches, new adventures, and opportunities to experience the world from a different perspective.
My connection to the autism community is also an important part of my life and continues to shape how I think about acceptance, advocacy, inclusion, and belonging.
Wondering if we might be a good fit?
Finding a therapist is personal. You're welcome to reach out, ask questions, and get a sense of whether working together feels right.
